Renfield Apartment

A very spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in converted Victorian building. Located just 300meters to Glasgow Central & Queen Street train stations this apartment is an excellent choice for visiting the city centre.

A large open plan living/dining/kitchen offers digital TV, DVD player and free wireless internet access for guests use. The kitchen features dishwasher and washer/dryer plus all other mod cons. There is a modern table with four leather chairs, perfect for eating in the apartment.

The master bedroom, with en-suite shower room, contains a double bed, fitted wardrobes and desk space for working from home. The second bedroom contains a double bed, drawers and wardrobe, and the lounge sofa bed sleeps one additional one or two additional guests. The main bathroom off the hallway is bright and modern with a bath, WC and basin. The apartment has central heating and is always nice and warm despite the high ceilings and large windows.

The apartment is on the fourth floor and can be reached by elevator or stairs. There is a security entry system into the building and concierge on site till 4pm Monday to Friday. The location is very central, and provides quick walking access to George Square, Buchanan Street, Theatre Royal, the Royal Concert Hall and the best restaurants and bars Glasgow has to offer. You won’t need a taxi if staying in this apartment. There is on-street parking available, or alternatively there are multi-story car parks within a few minutes walking distance.

Parking is availavle at a nearby multi-storey car park in Cambridge street or Concert Square and we can offer discounted parking for £5 per 24hrs.

We do not accept stag or hen parties unfortunately. A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the outstanding balance is due no later than 14 days before your arrival. Keys may be collected from our City Centre office at 59 James Watt Street, G2 8NF or we can offer a "meet and greet" service, whereby a member of the team will meet you at the apartment. We require identification and a security deposit of £100 which is fully refundable when you sign for the keys. Check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm, but we will always try to allow access earlier if requested subject to availability (Later check-in can be organised by prior arrangement and will be subject to an additional fee). Check-out is by 11am.
