Enjoy true city centre living in this modern 1 bedroom apartment, located just 2minutes walk from the centre of Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow's most famous street.

The Central Apartment is surrounded by all of Glasgow's major theatres, shops, restaurants and Universities, yet is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a historical residential district.

The apartment is on 2nd floor, unfortunately there is no elevator. You can access the apartment by front and rear entrance and security access with street garden. Sleeping up to 5 guests, this comfortably furnished apartment is on the third floor and offers accommodation comprising of a lounge with dining area, modern newly fitted kitchen, double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and newly fitted tiled bathroom. The bedroom has a king size bed whilst the lounge has double sofa-bed with full depth mattress. There is also fold away bed available. Children are welcome. 

The apartment further benefits from gas central heating, partial double glazing and security entry system. We provide a welcome breakfast pack for your first morning with your choice of brown or white bread and a welcome bottle of wine for a relaxing evening drink on your day of arrival (Your choice of red or white). There is also a FREE haggis (freshly caught) for you to sample if you are feeling brave.

A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the outstanding balance must be paid 1month prior to your arrival date. Arrival and departure times are arranged depending on if occupied before and after. We offer a meet and greet service were the owner will meet you at the apartment to pick up keys. Check out is usually 11am and baggage can be left in the flat (subject to availability).

Garnethill area is a highly popular residential area due to its close proximity to the City Centre/ West End and has excellent transport links with the M8 motorway. The apartment is situated only 2minutes walk from underground station, city bus tour route and all other public transport links. Sorry, no pets, no smoking and no parties. Queen St railway station is 600m from the apartment and Cowcaddens underground is 50m from the apartment.
